Note that the quoted statement comes from the Finale 2014 User Manual - this was an accidental oversight. They might want to continue the confusion for some reason, but it seems anti-productive. I don't think it is that hard to change a 4 to a 2. Someone or ones got ahead of any release intended and posted to soon. With their (MM) post I don't believe it was a typo.
